पुस्तकालयमा पुस्तकहरू व्यवस्थित रूपमा राखिएका छन् र विद्यार्थीहरूले समय तालिकाअनुसार पुस्तक पढ्न तथा घर लानका लागि लिन सक्छन्। पुस्तकालयको संचालन पुस्तकालयाध्यक्षद्वारा गरिन्छ, जसले पुस्तक व्यवस्थापन, अभिलेख राख्ने र विद्यार्थीलाई उपयुक्त पुस्तक छनोट गर्न सहयोग गर्ने कार्य गर्दछन्।
महाकाली स्कुलको पुस्तकालयले नियमित रूपमा पुस्तक प्रदर्शनी, पठन प्रतियोगिता, र पाठक क्लबजस्ता कार्यक्रमहरू पनि आयोजना गर्छ, जसले विद्यार्थीहरूमा अध्ययनको रुचि बढाउँछ।

महाकाली माध्यमिक विद्यालयमा आधुनिक प्रविधिसँग सुसज्जित कम्प्युटर प्रयोगशाला सञ्चालनमा छ। यो प्रयोगशालामा विद्यार्थीहरूलाई सूचना प्रविधि सम्बन्धी आधारभूत तथा उन्नत ज्ञान प्रदान गरिन्छ। प्रयोगशालामा पर्याप्त संख्यामा कम्प्युटर सेटहरू रहेका छन्, जसमा इन्टरनेट सुविधा समेत उपलब्ध छ।
विद्यार्थीहरूले कम्प्युटर प्रयोग गरेर टाइपिङ अभ्यास, प्रोग्रामिङ, डिजाइनिङ, तथा इन्टरनेट ब्राउजिङ जस्ता विभिन्न कार्यहरू सिक्न पाउँछन्। प्रयोगशालामा दक्ष शिक्षकहरूको निगरानीमा शिक्षण कार्य सञ्चालन हुन्छ, जसले विद्यार्थीहरूलाई व्यवस्थित रूपमा कम्प्युटर प्रयोग गर्न र डिजिटल सीप विकास गर्न सहयोग पुर्याउँछ।
यस प्रयोगशालाले विद्यार्थीहरूलाई भविष्यको प्रविधिमैत्री संसारका लागि तयार पार्न महत्वपूर्ण योगदान पुर्याइरहेको छ।
